HORST Engineering hosts The CT Chapter of Women In Manufacturing (WiM)

Our Women’s Empowerment Group (WE@HE) hosted the CT Chapter of Women In Manufacturing (WiM) this past Wednesday, 9/21.  It was a fantastic, social afternoon of networking with a focus on highlighting three employees from Manufacturing, Production Planning and Accounting, who are enrolled in our TARGETED MENTORING PROGRAM for 2022.  Additionally, we provided group tours of our new facility to over 30 WiM chapter members

Through several special programs at HORST, we help to inspire and empower women for growth in their Manufacturing careers.  Our Team identifies high-potential employee candidates with a passion for exploring Manufacturing – and encourages them to excel in a variety of industry roles.

We are excited to introduce the Manufacturing world to women and are proud that we’ve increased the percentage of female staff in 2022 – from 10% to 25%!
