Sterling Machine Consolidation Update

To support our continued growth, build on our 75 year legacy, and broader expansion; we are consolidating Sterling Machine’s operations into HORST Engineering’s Connecticut plant site. This activity will coincide with the completion of our newly renovated state-of-the-art factory located at 141 Prestige Park Road in East Hartford.

We are working with our major design authority holders to ensure that all quality requirements are properly managed.  Our large aerospace OEM customers are completely engaged and supportive of our efforts.

Also note that Sterling Machine will retain its government Cage Code. The Quality Assurance page of our website has links to our key quality certifications, export compliance, conflict minerals, and other documentation. Our third party AS9100/ISO9001 registrar will administer our transition audit. We will work with each customer on their specific requirements.

We expect to be fully operational in our new facility, with all key points of contact, production and deliveries transitioning from Lynn to East Hartford by early-Q4.
