HORST Engineering celebrates the opening of the Advanced Manufacturing Technology Center at CT State Tunxis in Farmington! This marks the 11th center of its kind, offering a curriculum focused on CNC machining, metrology, and other advanced manufacturing processes—critical skills for the future of the industry.
Governor Ned Lamont joined representatives from the CT State Community College system, workforce development organizations, industry associations, and local employers to officially cut the ribbon on this exciting new facility.
While there is still work to be done to rebuild the manufacturing skills pipeline, Connecticut continues to lead in supporting and advancing the industry. At HORST Engineering, we are proud to be part of this ecosystem and commend the investments being made to strengthen manufacturing education and workforce development.
