Last night, the Connecticut Science Center in Hartford hosted a fantastic evening celebrating the 2025 Coolest Thing Made in Connecticut competition, presented by the CBIA Foundation. The event brought together manufacturers, industry partners, and community members to highlight the amazing products representing Connecticut’s world-class manufacturing sector.
The 2025 competition showcased 16 locally made products in a bracket-style challenge voted on by the public, with the winner announced earlier this fall during the Made in Connecticut: Manufacturing Summit. Attendees at the unveiling enjoyed interactive stories behind this year’s finalists and impressive displays that truly captured the craftsmanship and diversity of products manufactured right here in our state.
Visitors will be able to view the Coolest Thing Made in Connecticut Exhibit at the Connecticut Science Center through March, offering a unique opportunity to see firsthand the creativity and innovation of Connecticut manufacturers.
Nominations for the 2026 Coolest Thing Made in Connecticut are now open, and we encourage everyone to nominate standout products that reflect the spirit and excellence of Connecticut manufacturing.
