Aircraft Hardware
We make components for the most demanding customers. Our parts are produced from a wide range of materials, including aluminum, steel, titanium, high temperature alloys, and polymers. Our product families include pins, fasteners, fittings, sleeves, bushings, washers, valve bodies, and a wide variety of custom components.
Advanced Manufacturing
Our core processes include Swiss screw machining, turning, milling, thread rolling, grinding, honing, and assembly. With our extensive supply chain, we offer a full service logistics solution for managing your precision parts requirements. So if your industry demands precision machined components, we can help with your needs.
Thread Rolling
& Grinding Services
We perform value-added thread rolling, roll knurling, centerless grinding, and cylindrical grinding services on customer supplied parts. Rolled threads are 50% stronger and superior to cut or ground threads. If your industry demands it, we help engineer your parts to accommodate rolled threads.
Our state-of-the-art factory positions us to help our customers realize their current and future outsourcing requirements.
Located on 7.2 acres, the 108,000 square foot plant has ample room for growth, including a 21,000 square foot expansion space. The award winning sustainable building has abundant natural light, clean air, and many energy efficient features, including a 350kW solar PV electric power system. We are proud of the renovation that transformed this 50 year-old building into a modern advanced manufacturing site.

“The HORST commitment to sustainability couldn’t be more in sync with our own. Pratt & Whitney’s vision is to be the best aerospace company for the world. And we do that, in part, through supporting our suppliers’ sustainability efforts. HORST demonstrates an aviation manufacturing philosophy that includes sustainability to support business goals while helping reduce the environmental footprint.”
